Description

Nemisorb* is a sterile, highly absorbable, hydrocolloid adhesive dressing providing moist wound healing environment. Nemisorb* Stimulates formation of granulation tissue and increase dermal fibroblast and collagen synthesis which leads to faster wound healing.

Where to Use

  • Low to moderate exuding wounds.
  • Pressure ulcer, stage I; and II.
  • Skin beginning to show signs of damage due to friction or shear.
  • Leg ulcers.
  • Diabetic Foot Ulcer.
  • Superficial and partial thickness burns & donor sites.
  • Superficial abrasions and traumatic injuries.
  • Radiation induced moist skin reaction.
  • Wound conditions like sloughy, granulating and epithelialising wounds.

How to Use

  • Prepare wound bed and peri- wound skin as per your facility’s protocol
  • Apply Nemisorb* on the wound shown below:
Remove one part of the paper liner prior to application, exposing the adhesive surface.
Position dressing over the wound site and apply the dressing.
Peel Off one of the Blue Tab.
Peel off one of the Blue Tabs from the dressing while smoothing down the edges.
Peel off the Second Blue Tab. Seal securely around wound site. Firmly smooth adhesive border to the skin.
